Precision threaded barrel tenon true to barrel bore centerline. Using a Hardinge HLV-H (tool room lathe) and a barrel spider allows the face and shoulder to be parallel to .0001 or less. Drill, bore true to bore centerline, within .0001. Chamber is reamed to the appropriate case dimensions with the use of a fluid flushing system. The head space is then set to specification. Using extra time and attention in the setup allows assures the best results in accuracy. Normal cost for chambering is $300 and includes threading the muzzle. Muzzle threading for a brake or silencer is done with the same accuracy and care. Cost for muzzle threading alone with no timing is $100, with timing $125 .
