4 bolt circle holes for locating plate on raised socket screws as shown in the last picture.  

6 bolt circle spacing for mounting brake disc. 

Center hole sized to fit 64mm treaded hub.

Made from 6061 aluminum.

Templated off my Bultaco Astro M146 and will also fit M195 hub.
